Another chapter in the long partnership of Darka with the United Nations was completed with the delivery of equipment and vehicles from Kutum, Malha, Mellit, El Fasher (Zam Zam) to Port Sudan harbour for export to South Africa.
Darka successfully executed the transportation, export customs clearance, stevedoring/loading to vessel and vessel handling of 233 pieces of equipment and break bulk with a total of 8500 FRT and value of 7.5 Mil USD for the United Nations peace keeping forces.
The overall distance from the loading points in the Darfur region to the destination was approximately 2500KM and Darka once again successfully delivered alongside vessel in a timely manner.
